Meekatharra Outback Festival 2023
Meekatharra Outback Festival is the most significant event in Meekatharra that happens annually during the long weekend in September. The festival changes every year however the most consistent thing is the fun and joy it brings to our local community through coming together through fun activities at the fair, art, music, and food. For 2023, we had lost the races but in return, we gained a community led art exhibition called "Meeka Made" which was well attended by many, with a good amount of paintings being sold.

We would also like to extend our deepest thanks to the community members and stakeholders who volunteered to make the festival happen.
