Appetisers:
- Corned beef croquettes, aioli;
- Salt bush and pepper berry Emu Capaccio, karkalla, endive, mustard greens, Davidson Plum aioli, Noon flower (df);
- Artisan bread baskets and butter.

- Wattle seed raviolo filled with potato, bone marrow, curd & black garlic, Quandong & tom berry Brodo.
Main:
- Mountain pepper braised Beef cheek, lemon myrtle potato puree, warragal greens, chimichurri (gf, df).
