NOTICE OF PROPOSED LOCAL LAW
In accordance with the provisions of section 3.12 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Meekatharra is proposing to make the following Local Law:
The purpose of the proposed local law is to amend the principal Health Local Law 2022 to remove provisions not permitted in accordance with section 3.13 of the Local Government Act 1995. The proposed Local Law is available for inspection at the Shire of Meekatharra Administration Office during Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm. The Local Law is also available for inspection on the Shire of Meekatharra website www.meekashire.wa.gov.au Submissions to the proposed Local Law may be lodged by email to ceo@meekashire.wa.gov.au or in writing clearly marked Shire of Meekatharra Local Law Submission addressed as below to be received no later than 4pm (AWST) Monday 18 December 2023.
